This week... has been plain boring (as usual). I've been going through the day like a half awake zombie, thanks to my sleeping late at night habit.
Well, the only exciting -and worth blogging- thing happened to me this wonderfully plain week would be.... my oral.
My darling, sweet and lovely oral.
Guess what did June and I (pair work) spoke about???
Why, nothing than
2012 DOOMSDAY of course!
And for those who knows me well, I think you'll find it obvious that this topic is of my choice. I'm enthranced by the possibilty that the world would be ending so soon.
Yeah, sue me. I'm a little nuts, in case you haven't notice.
But thinking about it, who
ISN'T nuts in their own way? XD
Moving on to the main topic, oral.
I kinda messed up the starting. It was nerve wrecking, having to sit in front of teacher and talk. Especially when the teacher is staring right into your eyes.
Eye contact can be abit unnerving at times.
But towards the end, I think (hopefully) I managed to calm down a bit. I even managed to do eye contact back!
Yeah, pathetic I know. :(
So.... the interesting part would be when teacher started drilling us with questions.
The funny part went something like this :-
Pn Nirmala : Zuleen, what would you do if the world ends at Dec 21st 2012?Me : I would... spend time with my friends and family and when the world ends, we would die TOGETHER!I recieved a weirded out stare from her.
The next scenario would be...
Pn Nirmala : Sook June, what would you do if the world ends?June : Spend time with friends and family and be happy.Pn Nirmala : How are you going to be happy?June : Err... Pn Nirmala turns to me and wags her eyebrows. Yes, she did that. LOLMe : By staying optimistic. But teacher... If the world were to end, we can't do anything right.Pn Nirmala : *stares*Me : I mean, if a passing planet bangs us, we can't exactly do anything.Pn Nirmala : Zuleen... If you were on live TV right now, and people were to determine whether you are mentally unstable...LOL. Yep, it went something like that.
I think that she said that because I was looking positively delighted at the prospect of the world ending.
Its interesting okay... maybe a tad bit weird but interesting nevertheless. :)
She's a great teacher, Pn Nirmala. One of a kind. Ashvinaa will be delighted to hear this. XD
Signing out..
PS. Kudos for Jia Yi and Yi May for their highly succesful oral.PPS. Good luck for PMR / SPM trials. :D Which means you shouldn't be reading this cause you're supposed to study. HAHA. Oh well. Its the weekend.
